About Nicole L. Jordan, PA

Ms. Jordan is a native of Pennsylvania, where she graduated cum laude from Waynesburg College, and received a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science. After college, Ms. Jordan relocated to Florida to attend law school at Stetson University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Ms. Jordan worked for the Office of the Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit as a certified intern representing indigent clients charged with crimes. After law school, Nicole worked briefly for a statewide litigation firm where her clients included national restaurant chains, trucking companies, rental car companies, and insurance carriers. She then started her own practice focusing on defense litigation, banking clientele, construction issues, and commercial and residential real estate.

Ms. Jordan is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Additionally, she is a member of the General Practice Solo and Small Firm and Trial Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar. She also serves as an Elder in her church and prepares and delivers meals to the homeless every Tuesday as a part of her church’s outreach ministry.

When not working or volunteering, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn, and their two rescue pups, Marty and Titan, watching and commenting on live-streamed court trials, and cheering on Alabama and the Steelers during football season.
